Chefs Jaime Rodríguez and Sebastián Pinzón spent years exploring the Caribbean coast of Colombia before opening, meeting indigenous people and discovering flavours and ingredients that they had no idea existed. They researched techniques and documented recipes that were in danger of being lost, and in Celele they have captured the authentic identity of the region. Recognised in 2020 as one of “The World's 50 Best Restaurants”. Partners since 2018.
Montmartre is a French bistro with a Caribbean touch in the center of the old city of Cartagena. A no-frills restaurant with a casual Parisian atmosphere, friendly service and where food is always cooked with the heart. Partners since 2018.
